Since my peers and I had been made aware of the 4th year thesis, we had a head-start advantage.

 

I started the synopsis and rough concept art during my third year internship, and designed/experimented with different styles that were both simple and unique, as well as within my animating skill. Heavily shadowed graphic novel style was certainly a big influence for this short film, and I couldn't be happier with the result, knowing all the hard work was worth it and I was able to tell the story the way I wanted on time.
